Hi,
I am in a pickle and I hope I can find some advice. My wedding dress is a sample so some stitching is frayed
in places and it needs to be hemmed and bustled. Any suggestions? My Mom insists
that I not take the dress to the cleaners (her last cleaner
destroyed her vintage silk dress.) She also claims that she can hem and bustle
the wedding dress. So far I have been telling her no, but I have not been able to tell her I found a cleaner and tailor I can trust.
Hope I can find someone soon, I am getting married in March so I will need to take a bridal fairly soon.
