I ordered the Brazil Butt lift DVD's. All 6 of the master series. I plan on doing it for 90 days. Anyone else doing it? Do you want to do it together?

Love that workout! I dropped 25 pounds doing it. Great fun way to lose weight and sculpt that backside a bit too!

I bought it having never worked out before. There's a video of just showing you how to do the moves - that was enough to kick my ass for a week or so. I don't know your level of fitness, but take it slow if you need to!

I just finished three months of Slim in 6 and lost 25lbs. It's suppose to be a little more intense but not too advanced so I hope it'll be o.k. I have several back problems, so my right side is a bit weaker than my left due to nerve damage.

Aweee I'm jealous! I have a very plump backside which my FI has always loved... However I would love to sculpt it! You should post a few of the exercises on here for us
