What's your guilty pleasure?

Re: What's your guilty pleasure?

  • I'll play. I love salt and vinegar potato chips...especially the kettle cooked. I can (and have) eaten a family sized bag in one sitting.

I also love (as my fiancé calls it) "chemical corn," you know...the white cheddar popcorn in the black bag. Yeah, I'm obsessed.

My other ones are ghost/paranormal shows, Disney movies and books from the "Young Adult" section!

Are you from the west coast?
I'm from Boston and we call the popcorn SmartFood because that's the brand name on the bag but when I moved to AZ they thought I was nuts and they call it white cheddar popcorn. LOL (I'm with you on that too, love the stuff!)

I'm not, I'm from the South :) but I always forget the name of it and so a description is the best I can do! It's so addicting, but I purposely avoid looking at the nutrition label.

90's pop Pandora station- Britney, Backstreet Boys, Destiny's Child - brings me back to junior high

movies like 17 Again....even though I'm so much older than him Zach Efron is such a little hottie!

Brie on rosemary triscuits & dove extra dark chocolate!
Your first two statements don't make sense. if you were in jr high in the 90's I would probably put you early 30s or so and he was born in 1987 makes him 26...wouldn't call that WAY older....

wow you're right! I am 29 but I always thought we was way younger than that because he was in the "high school musical" crap which was the age group below me. When he was in that I was getting drunk in college so I assumed he was way younger haha. good now I'm not such a cougar :)

  • Lol--don't you know that they always cast 20-somethings to play high-schoolers in TV shows and movies??

  • I'm sucked into Bridezilla's on Netflix - I just saw the episode with the chick who hated her 40 year old fiance (she was 27), was in love with Clay Aiken (!) and was afraid of sex.

Food: foil wrapped garlic bread from the grocery store and Rip-L-Chips with Top the Tater. I'm a salt-a-holic over a sweets kind of girl.

  • Really shitty hip-hop.

  • Yea don't get me wrong @climbingbrideNY, I know the Kardashians are everything wrong and they suck, especially Kim. But after a long work week, I feel that it is junk food for my mind lol. Hence why it is my guilty pleasure haha.

The Bachelor and the Bachelorette.  Also Dancing with the Stars, although I always get mad when the bad people stay for so long and the good people get kicked off early (Christina Milian this season, in particular, along with that guy from Pretty Little Liars.  I was not pleased when they left.)

Also chocolate, cheese and chips, especially Cheetos (wow, all ch's.)
  • I don't allow myself to feel guilty about them, but... cheap Chinese takeout dinners, potato chips and onion dip, Four Weddings marathons, mashed potatoes, long drives with my sunroof open and Motley Crue as loud as I can stand, hot showers, pedicures, and when my cat falls asleep on my lap.

  • Glee! I love the hell out of that show, and I get made fun of all the time because I binge watch it on netflix.
Court tv, especially Judge Milan and Judge Mathis.
EZ cheese on ritz crackers. Ew. It makes me cringe just putting that on this list, because its so disgusting, but it tates so good.

I'm in school full and also working full time so I've been enjoying the winter break like you wouldn't believe. With my new found free time, I love, love, love reading posts with really rude posters. I cannot believe I am admitting it but, I love arguments on here. It doesnt matter if it's a topic I couldnt care less about, it's like watching the Kardashians or Jersey Shore. I can't look away.

But on a better note, I love watching entire seasons in short time periods on Netflix and going for long car drives on really pretty days.

Rude people are super entertaining.  There's this pin on Pinterest about a lip scrub and some chick just got really upset and started bitching at everyone who comments on it because she thought it was lipstick and got super offended when someone basically copied and pasted the caption of the pin into their comment.  I honestly don't even know what she's talking about when she comments, she doesn't know how to form a coherent thought at all and her paragraph long comments make no sense whatsoever.  The gist of it seems to be that she thinks we've all challenged her somehow by saying it's lip scrub and she'll show us who's the boss.  So naturally I've been seeing how mad I can make her.  I just respond with stuff like "Ok" or "lol" or "Have fun" and she flips out.  It's really entertaining.

  • Cooking my guilty pleasure. I love love love to cook! Desserts are my specialty, but I adore whipping up a roast duck or succulent goose now and again. These are my most recent delicacies. Caramel Apple pie and a delightful German cheesecake graced with a creme de pumpkin and topped with chocolate ganache.

My poor FI is going to gain so much weight when we get married! Lol
  • This list has made my wedding-getting-fit motivation go away 100%.

Mine:  reality TV of almost any kind (especially Millionaire Matchmaker, Dance Moms, and Real Housewives), so many junk foods (chips!  candy that's mostly chemicals!), and playing Wii sports.  I can't help it, wii bowling is so much better than real life bowling.
