Hunting for a great affordable venue near Hazleton, Pa.

I am currently looking for an affordable, rustic feeling venue near Hazleton, Pa for a May 2015 wedding.  I would like an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception.  We're looking at about 100 guests. Preferably somewhere that offers a buffet, allows outside caterers, or even possibly serving light snack foods though out the course of the night instead of a heavy sit down dinner. Big plus if they have lodging on or very close to the property.

Any ideas ladies?

    I'm not sure how close this is to Hazleton exactly but we are getting married at Blue Mountain Ski Resort.  They have an outdoor ceremony location and indoor reception location.  You do have to use their catering, but they do have a buffet option.  They do allow you to bring in desserts from home.  They also include the wedding cake in their pricing which is nice.  They were not too expensive in my opinion.  We are looking at about 100 guests as well, and since we are doing a Sunday, they give a 10% discount. 

    There is lodging within 10-15 of Blue Mountain.  Once you see their rooms...you will fall in love.  They overlook the mountains, the view is absolutely breath taking.
