    ANYTHING is better than 18 selfies a day.  I have a friend who started posting upwards of five or six selfies a day (not every day, but certainly she has had days where she posts that many) a couple weeks ago.  She's about one week away from getting unfriended if it doesn't stop.

    In gorgeous Maui the other day, she posted a pic, stating "No words needed"...and followed that with 5 hashtags! SMH


    I have a former manager (moved away) who I'm still FB friend with. One day last week she posted a picture of herself doing an activity she loves...followed by *27* hashtags. I counted. 27. I'm debating hiding her just because of the hashtag abuse.

    Ugh. One of FI's friends is constantly cross-posting her Instagram pics onto FB (which are always the exact same subject matter, which happens to be a certain type of inanimate object), and she'll literally put 30 hashtags -- often ones that are just slight variations of each other, because heaven forbid that someone searching for a picture of that type of inanimate object not see her 500 photos of them.

    Once she stopped posting anything but that to FB, I removed her as a friend. I just couldn't take it anymore.
