  I am using Orly Kahn-Waldman Orlykahn.carbonmade.com for my makeup. She's located in North York. I am using Kristina at Loki Hair a studio for my hair. Both ladies are coming to my house the morning of the wedding.

  We used (and I highly recommend) Pretty in Pink Mobile http://www.prettyinpink-mobilemakeup.com/5.html Although I'm not sure if you'd consider them to be affordable, they are awesome.

  
  

  I also know of an awesome mobile make-up artist named Brianna Christopher blc_b@live.ca who lives in Peterborough but I believe she is willing to travel and I also believe that she has good rates.

  Gibson Glamour in Motion. Amanda has done my hair and makeup for previous weddings I was in and is doing my own wedding (and my three bridesmaids). I highly recommend her.
