  Not at all.  I am close with both of mine as well, so I had my step-father walk me down from the beach house (we got married on the beach....obviously) and down the steps to the actual beach and then my father walked me the rest of the way.  It worked perfectly and a few people commented how sweet it was.

  
  

  I knew that it was really special for my bio-father to "give me away" so having both of them walk me down the aisle at the same time wasn't something I wanted to do.  I didn't want to take that away from him, but I still wanted my step-father to be part of it since he is such a big part of my life too.

  When my step-cousin got married years ago, she had her stepdad (my uncle) walk her down the isle, because he was the one who raised her from the time she was a small child. Her bio-dad got the father/daughter dance.

  Not weird, you can have whoever you want walk you down the aisle or walk alone.

  I'm having my step-dad and bio-dad walk me down the aisle, too! I've seen it done a couple of times and it's not weird at all.
