Outside ceremony catholic priest

Hi,
I'm looking for a catholic priest for my outdoor wedding ceremony.  I've asked around and hear that normally catholic priests will not perform an outdoor ceremony but maybe a retired catholic priest will.  I have no idea where to look!  Any ideas?
