Super Shred Diet?

Did anyone do the Super Shred diet by Dr. Ian Smith? It is simular to the Shred diet but your suppose to lose 20 pounds in a month. I'm excited to start this diet next week!

My FI and I started it this week. Last year we had did the Shred diet and had good results. I'm excited to see how much I loose.

20 lbs in a month? That doesn't sound healthy unless you are morbidly obese and planning to undergo gastric bypass as well.

It's not a diet that you are supposed to stay on or do multiple times. It is supposed to be something to jump start your weight loss. He doesn't have you starving... U actually eat quite a bit on his plan.

It's been going well. There are times when I am hungry but for the most part I'm okay. The first week I lost 5 pounds. It's a start. Good luck to you!!
