Rental Items Budget

Hello Fellow Maine Brides!
I know this is a bit of a general post, but I am early on in my planning process and I am wondering what a ball park figure is to budget for rental equipment for a 100 person reception? Like tables, chairs, plates, glasses etc. Also, are there any affordable and professional rental companies in the Portland - Mid Coast region that any of you have used?

hi- we did our rentals from party plus in biddeford and we had 105 people at our wedding. our cost came to about $5000-5500 for rentals.

Try and give Affordable Rentals a call - we're working with them on a tight budget for approx 85 people WITH a tent is about 3500.
