    We use the common ones, but the favorite one i call him is garfield. He has ginger hair, loves food, loves to nap, ect. soo i think it fits! or i call him my vics and he calls me his sams.

    FI calls me Pookie. I never realized how often he uses it till he called me by my real name a few days ago and it sounded weird coming out of his mouth. I usually call him boo boo.

    Cute thread. My husband calls me Babe or Pumpkin. Pumpkin came about because I refer to our cat as a little pumpkin and now when H comes home he refers to us as his pumpkins.

    @thejucheidea My brother once texted his wife to see if she needed a lift home from work and said, "Hey sugar tits -- looking for a ride?" However, he mistakenly texted his boss' landline and his message was read out in that awful text-to-landline, robotic voice to his boss! He had a difficult time explaining that haha.

    As for nicknames, FI calls me Babe and Pumpkin, and I call him Babe and Turkey (plus funny variations like Turk, Turk-a-lurk, etc.). I can't remember the last time we used each other's actual names.

    Otaku ruined Japanese for me, and I'm just recently able to start seriously studying Japanese again without getting crazy angry :|. It was my major and I loved it, but for so many years it was like nooooo.

    What do you mean Otaku ruined Japanese for you? That's someone who's obsessed with something....like the twihards are otakus for Twilight. o.O So I'm confused....did just any and all Otakus ruin it for you or more specific?
