  Did your hotel provide you with inserts? Ours did, and they state the rate, how to reserve, when they had to reserve their room by in order to get the rate, and the cost for parking. If you didn't get something like that from your hotel, you could easily make something, print it out, and include it with your invitations. If you've already sent your invitations, then you can just let people who contact you about accommodations know they should contact the hotel directly.

  you can put an enclosure in your invitation.  this is the wording for mine:

  Accommodations

   

  A block of rooms has been reserved
  for your convenience at:

  
  HOTEL NAME
  HOTEL ADDRESS
  RESERVATION PHONE NUMBER
  
  To reserve a room, please call and mention that you are with the XXX wedding.

  
  Please book before DATE 

   

   

  You can make note that there is free parking, or the rate as well.

   

  You can check with the hotel to see if anyone has booked or if you need to add rooms to your block

  This is really confusing.  When posting on a public message board where the written word is your only form of communication, using actual sentences help people understand your question.

  
  

  People do not respond to you about the hotel.  They book the hotel.  If your room block fills, the hotel will expand it or contact you.

  It really isn't your concern whether or not your guests have booked in the hotel.  They may stay anywhere they please.  Any financial arrangements are between the guests and the hotel.

  Along with what MyNameIsNot said, please don't use all caps. All caps via the internet means that you are yelling. It also makes things very difficult to read.
