I made chili tonight and I just tasted it and it is SUPER spicy. FI and I love spicy, but I know his son won't touch this. I was lazy and didn't feel like washing measuring spoons so I just threw in the chili powder and cayenne and eyeballed it. Definitely more cayenne than normal. Is there anything else I can add to tone it down a bit or should I just make a second dish for the little guy?
