    I haven't exercised since Monday. DH is on the late shift, so I've enjoyed sleeping in all week, especially with the cold weather. I'll be running tomorrow and probably both running and doing Body Combat on Sunday.

    @cu97tiger - I can still feel the changes under my skin, there is a ton of muscle... I don't know if it's just me, but I don't SEE it.  H says he can see some changes.  I am thinking about starting it over when I'm done.  I'll finish Month 2, do another week of Recovery, and start over with Month 1.  I've actually enjoyed the program so much more than I thought I would.  maybe it will just take some more time to get where I want to be.

    I do feel like my clothes look good today, so that's something.  most of my stuff is still a little tight, but I don't think my thighs are going to get any smaller, so....  ???

    @cocobellaf - Good for you for sticking with it! I'm sure it's frustrating not to see a ton of changes, but you are definitely healthier than you were two months ago, and THAT'S a victory!

    I got on the scale this morning for the first time in awhile and got really depressed at the weight I've gained since my surgery.  Time to start caring more.

    B- blueberry Belvita breakfast biscuits, grapes, coffee
    L- leftover Chinese food...Szechuan tofu with veggies
    D- grilled chicken with brown rice and spinach salad and my homemade dressing

    E- dance 45 min
