Wednesday Accountability

I finally started working out yesterday! I'm following THIS 28-day workout calendar from Blogilates. I am SORE today but I'm sure tomorrow will be even worse. 

B: Ham, turkey, egg, and cheese on an english muffin (6)
L: Leftover WW BBQ turkey joe (9), baby carrots (0)
D: ST buffalo turkey burgers (8) with ST blue cheese dressing (1)
S: Mini babybel (1), 2 kiwis (0), 5 strawberries (0)

E: 1 minute plank, 2 Blogilates abs videos

    L: Salad with 1/2 avocado, boiled egg, almonds, cheese, lite ranch dressing

    D: Meatloaf and roasted potatoes, carrots and onions

    Still here and still fabulous!

  • B:  english muffin with whipped butter, 2 eggs, a few bites of deli ham, 1/3 pear; coffee with a splash of whole milk

    L1:  we are having a work party (soups, casseroles, apps) so I'll have a small bowl of soup and a few bites of whatever is there (I brought a cheese plate with smoked gouda, sharp cheddar, Boar's head pepperonis, cream cheese with raspberry preserves, and two types of crackers).

    L2:  I brought a mini portion of real food so I don't feel like crap from eating L1 (1 piece of Filipino adobo chicken b/s thigh, 1/4 roasted acorn squash, sauteed cabbage)

    D:  ST pork carnitas, cilantro lime rice, black beans (I think I'm making a Chipotle bowl with mine); dessert is fresh pineapple

    S:  if for some reason I'm hungry, I also have an apple and cashew butter

    WO:  none, rest day!!!
  • B- hot chocolate, oatmeal with a banana

    L- vegetable fried rice

    S-apple

    D-veggie patty, potato wedges and asparagus

    S-tea and banana bread

    E-dancing at rehearsal tonight and an abs work out

    Anniversary

  • Today hasn't started off so well. FI is working from home too and he decided to make breakfast.

    B: Scrambled eggs, bacon, coffee

    L: Leftovers

    D: Chicken and Mushroom Polenta Lasagna



  • I'm doing the Blogilates thing with @swazzle and holy balls, I am sore too.

    B- ham, egg, and cheese on an english muffin, coffee
    S- yogurt and pineapple
    L- lean cuisine (pomegranate chicken, veggies)
    D- grilled chicken fajitas with bell peppers and onions on a wheat tortilla

    E- 1 min plank and day 2 of Blogilates (ab workouts)
  • I'm going to have to look up Blogilates now.  Sounds intense. 

    B: Egg whites and brocoli

    L: Black beans, quinoa and cheese

    D: I want left over Risotto but will settle for a microwave meal since H is going to devor the leftovers

    E: Spin class (45 minutes)

  • update:  UGH, work parties will be the death of me.  I had a ladle-full of some "chicken spaghetti", a few bites of a buffalo cheese dip, some chicken-y noodles (??), 4 or 5 crackers with cheese, a ladle-full of taco soup, a small slice of chocolate cake, a small slice of cheesecake, 2 bites of a Valentine's KK donut (OMG TOO MUCH SUGAR)...  *queasy*

    sadly, there was NOTHING healthy to choose from.  and the rest of the KK donut is on my desk, but I feel bad because my cubemate brought them.
  • there was actually a TON more food, but I just settled on a few things... then couldn't decide for dessert, THEN felt bad that no one was eating my cubemate's KK donuts, so I grabbed one.  BLEHHHHH.
