L: 2 turkey burger patties (8) with homemade blue cheese dressing (1)
D: ST Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken (5), I will probably throw in a fruit or a veggie on the side
S: Mini babybel (1), baby carrots (0)

E: Day 3 of Blogilates (10 roll ups, fat burning cardio warmup, total body pilates)

  • @buddysmom80 wow that does look really good (and pretty easy).  I'm just SO bored with the same 4 dishes I always make (ok, it's probably more than 4 but it feels like it's only 4 dishes).

  • B:  3 eggs, 1 pc. toast with whipped butter, coffee with a splash of whole milk

    L:  Filipino adobo chicken, roasted acorn squash, sauteed cabbage, pineapple

    S:  apple + cashew butter

    D:  chipotle bowl (mixed greens, ST pork carnitas, ST chipotle rice, avocado, hot sauce) and roasted asparagus

    E: 45 minutes with a trainer...she kicked my butt and I'm super sore.  Might get a 30 minute walk in tonight too.

  • Didn't make it to the grocery store - got busy at work :(  Maybe tomorrow I'll make it out early!!
