When we were looking we were quoted anywhere from $500 - $2500 (which just seemed so ridiculous). We ultimately went with Jen Strunk who was more on the affordable side and we were very pleased with her.
Thanks. What I find frustrating is no one puts rates on their business sites. And with such a wide range of prices, I would love to cut out the ones out of my budget just by seeing their prices rather than contact every single freaking one. Like if you're charging 1200 for DOC just say it so I know you're not in my budget. Lol. Ugh!
I meant to say $2200 up there lol but you catch my drift. I'm sort of only looking for a DOC not a planner. I can't even think of budgeting $2500 for one day of work.
I am working with crsocials (crsocials.com) Carisa's rates are affordable. I can't tell you exactly what the cost would be for DOC since I am using full planning services, but I can tell you that I recommend her!
We're using Perfect Circle Occasions- they're a newer DOC company so they're only charging 500$ right now for DOC services. So far, so good- they have good references from the weddings they have done and been super helpful! Otherwise, I was looking at about 700-1500 for DOC services.
I loved Carisa from CR Socials and Kia from ESTOccassions! Depending on your planning needs, budget $800 - $2,000+
We were looking for a day of coordinator, but also someone to help with the rehearsal dinner, and contacting vendors. BEST money we spent out of the entire wedding!
