  I would probably have them walk together, depending on their ages.  That way they can help each other down the aisle if one decides to have a freak out and stopped walking.  A nervous kid will be more likely to continue the walk if they had someone with them.

  You're over-thinking. Any way that works for you will work just fine. If they can fit down the aisle together, have all three go together. If not, she can walk in front or they can walk in front. 

  
  

  If someone is a bit younger or might get nervous, it might help to have another person walk with them for some guidance.

  they are both 5 and the girl is older.   I'm sure i'm overthinking....3 months til the wedding, so much left to do and starting to freak out about all the details!!

  Whatever works for you.
  
  I myself would have the two boys walk together, followed by the flower girl, but that's me.  If that particular arrangement doesn't work for you, use whichever one does.
