Help with wedding packages in Oahu

Hi
We're looking for a wedding package to cover the basics like the beach permit, minister, paperwork, and chairs for guests. Maybe a small archway/decoration, etc. Perhaps inclusion of a small cake, flowers etc. We're looking at Waialae beach for our location and I'm having trouble choosing package companies. Any recommendations? it would be approx 30-40 guests (including the bridal party) so probably no more than 30 chairs.
We are looking to book the photographer seperate unless anyone has an amazing recommendation of someone who does both? We're on a budget so not looking at those $4000 packages :-)

I'm using Weddings of Hawaii and it is a total of $1,700 with the setup. I have approx 50 guests! Photography is included but you can buy more time, pics, etc.

Hi Jenmags, thanks for the reply. I've been trying to contact Weddings of Hawaii for 5 days now but they don't reply to emails from their site, or even on their facebook. Due to time differences I have'nt managed to call yet, but I wanted pricing etc in writing from them anyway. Any chance you can send me a list of what you got for $1700?

We're using Destination Wedding Hawaii, and I have been working with Catherine. She is very responsive, and has been helpful in answering all my questions.

We also decided to use a separate photographer, because I found that the package vendors photos can be kinda cheesy and typically they don't have "professional" photographers. For our photographer, we are using Alvarado Photography; Jess is the sweetest lady and their photos are amazing.

you may want to try our WC, they have beach packages but did let us know that chairs are not allowed due to regulations http://hawaiiweddingsandevents.com/weddingplannerblog/2010/12/hawaii-beach-wedding-regulations/
