E: Blogilates Day 11 - 20 double leg lifts, Quiet Cardio, Saddlebag Shaver, Glad You Came Calves

  • B:  pc. of homemade WW bread with whipped butter, 2 eggs, a slice of deli ham; black coffee

    L:  ST broiled artichoke/feta chicken thighs, a little ST broccoli and orzo, sauteed asparagus; pineapple

    post-WO S:  apple and cashew butter

    D:  taco soup, corn bread, strawberry cake

    WO:  Insanity M2 D 23 (Cardio Conditioning + Abs; ~70 min)
  • B: Egg white omlette with veggies and cheese, grapes and cantalopue, black coffee

    L: Tuna salad on multigrain

    D: ??? We'll pick up something on our way to NY

    E: I started about 10 minutes of 30DS this AM but was running late, so I'll just start it all over again today.

  • @TwoDimes Trader Joe's sells something similar called "power berries" that are also covered in dark chocolate...I love those damn things! I seriously have no self control around them.

    B: Flax cereal and milk (7), banana

    L: I'm not sure if we have leftovers....sooooo I don't know.

    D: Slow cooker chicken curry and cauliflower rice

    E: Taking the dog on a run after work today.

    I'm up a 1lb this week but trying not to get down about it since this weekend we will be home and I plan on staying on track (unlike last weekend).

    B: No time...have to go workout in 30 minutes and I can't eat before I workout.  Just makes me feel gross.

    L: Black beans and quinoa

    S: Yogurt or apple with cheese

    D: Chicken salad with quinoa

    S: Wine

    E: 45 minutes with trainer, 30 minute walk tonight.  Then I'm cleaning out a closet tonight too.  I really, really want to motivate myself to do Yoga tonight but I have a feeling I'll be exhausted after taking on the closet.

    L - celery and PB (def changing this up next week)
    D - cheese tortellini and garlic bread sticks

    E - arm, back, and legs work out.  Last night I definitely did not work out at all even tho I had planned to.
