FMIL called, she's getting all settled into her forced retirement and said her employer that laid her off is going to honor the reservations we made for our honeymoon at the friends and family rate. Yay! We are back on to staying at the super fancy hotel! She's really loving the retirement because she's now able to help out with her new granddaughter almost every day.
