Making chocolates for various holidays is something my mother and I have done together for as long as I can remember. With this in mind, we decided we will make chocolate maple leaf lollipops for my fall wedding. I know I have time, but we are planners lol, and we are trying to decide if a single lollipop (probably 3ish inches in size) wrapped with a ribbon that says our names / date is enough?? Should we consider wrapping something else with it, like chocolate pretzel rods or even a second lollipop?

sounds good to me!
Just be careful to temper the chocolate properly so it doesn't bloom. I'm sure you've got it all figured out but I saw some sad looking gray chocolates at a wedding a while back!
