If you had issues with a potential caterer before signing, but felt like they made it up to you after going to their manager, yet after signing, you are having issues with the professionalism of their employees, would you:
A) let it go since they made it up to you

call corporate to express concerns before the wedding
C) call corporate after the wedding and give a "review" of their services
(long story short, caterer is a large grocery chain with a high-end full service catering department in only 3 of their stores. I was misquoted 3 times unknowingly, until on the final quote the Head Chef stepped in and told us his employees were wrong. The "real" quote, was $1,200 more. I complained, stating that my father had worked for the grocery chain for 30 years (they hadn't known that before), and I was disappointed in the mishandling of my quote. Head Chef brought the quote back down after some changes and threw in freebies. We signed the contract. However, now I am having issues with the professionalism of the employees- the "right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing" sort of issues.)
