Figured out the Quote Boxes!!

I'm sure many of you know this. I've never bothered to look at the buttons above me, so I wanted to share my trick. If it starts making you type in a quote box, stop typing and click the button that  says "show source"

Then you will see something similar to below. Find the last end blockquote line (1-underlined) and start typing after it (2-"Yes."), then press the show source button again (3-circled).

Then you should see your text outside of the quote box.

    If it is missing a quote box, simply his the source button again and type the following at the top: <blockquote class="Quote">
     and the following at the bottom, but above your text (wherever you want the quote to end): </blockquote>

    See, by doing so below, I could quote myself twice!

    When I was doing it this way, every time I did it, it would post twice, if not three times. Got tedious. But maybe it won't be that way for others.

    I've done that and it still puts me in the quote boxes and/or doesn't quote everything. And those options aren't available on mobile, which is where I have the biggest quoting issues.

    Sorry :( It was happening on my computer and I never bothered to look around :(  Can't help with mobile

    oh, that is interesting. Sounds like they have some real developer issues.  Though, I've never had it multiple post.
