  • Morning ladies.  0lb loss this week again but that isn't so bad after going off track Sunday-Tuesday (no exercise and way too much eating).  I'm not screwing around this weekend or next week.  I have to fit in a bathing suit in less than two weeks.

I could use your advice on my lunch below though...

    B: Hard Boiled Eggs

L: I was thinking of the seafood salad (poached shrimp and crab with green beans, edamame, red pepper, carrots, jicima with balsamic vinigerette).  Was going to omit the crab since I don't like it.  Anything else I can do to make it heather?  Omit the edamame? Shrimp on the side?

D: Chicken salad with loads of veggies.  Wine.

E: 45 minutes with trainer and hopefully a 15 minute walk.

  • happy birthday @Dignity100!!

@minskat30 - it doesn't seem like you have a lot of fat except for your breakfast.  is the vinaigrette fat-free?  FYI, lots of greens need fat for your body to absorb the nutrients.  :)
  • @CocoBellaF - No, the dressing has olive oil in it (well mine at home does and I assume the one at the restaurant for lunch DEFINITELY does...it is not the healthest of restaurants so this was the best thing I could find on the menu that was gluten free too).  I hate avacado (wierd, I know) and don't care for nuts either so maybe I can add some goat cheese to my dinner salad.
  • @Dignity100 - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

B: grapes and strawberries. I did grab a yogurt but changed my mind 2 bites in...meh.

    S: I had a donut...and it was awesome.

L: since one of my guys at work is on a liquid only diet I'm making soup of some kind.

D: Idk fish veggies and rice (side note, I have to puree all of these for the aforementioned individual... He eats it but I hate that he can't take bites of his food. Maybe I'll puree mine too so he doesn't feel like he's alone in this transition time. Gross, but I'll do anything for these guys).

E: work...it's physically demanding so I'll take what I can get.

    Edit: @Dignity100 Happy Birthday!!!!!!
