Here are the centerpieces from our wedding (January 25th of this year). After the wedding we sent the centerpieces home with family (including my Mom) and VIPS so they could enjoy them.
As the flowers started dying off Mom pulled the dead ones out until only the pussy willow branches were left and since they were still pretty she transferred them to a bud vace and put them in the pay window of her kitchen. About a month after thet wedding she let me know that the branches were growing roots and sprouting leaves!
Last week they were big enough that she transplanted them into pots and she is going to try to keep them going so that we can plant them in our new house when we move in a few months!
