E: I've been walking home from work (except for yesterday because it was raining). It's about 2 miles.

    B:  chunk of homemade WW bread with whipped butter, 2 eggs, 2 pcs. bacon (I was hungry this morning!)

    S:  I've been getting hungry around 10 AM so if I need a snack, I'll have an apple.

    L:  cottage pie, blackberries

    S: orange

    D:  chicken thighs with a cilantro pesto, latin rice, roasted green beans, mango

    E: The sun is out for the first time in 5 days!!! I am taking the dog for a walk/run this afternoon.
