I'm currently planning a wedding for 2015 in Lancaster and am considering the following caterers: Plum Street Gourmet, JDK, Food for Thought and Accomac. It's important that we serve our guests a good meal. Good to us means plenty of well-prepared food made with high-quality ingredients. It's impossible for me to discern which caterer is better than the next because the reviews on this site and Wedding Wire are lacking in specifics. I also don't trust the reviews on these sites because, statistically speaking, they are way too positive. So, Community, I'd like to hear your thoughts! More than 50 percent of our budget is going to catering and I'd like to make the right choice. Thank you!
