Wednesday Accountability

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S WEDNESDAY, THIS WEEK IS FLYING BY!!!!!!

B: Lo-Carb Monster (30), asparagus quiche (293)

L: Taco salad: ground turkey (170), salsa (20), shredded mexiblend cheese (110), black beans (114), 1/2 avocado (161), tortilla strips (35), lettuce (52), sour cream (60)

D: Creamy chicken quinoa and broccoli casserole (308)

S: 1/4 cup almonds (170)

E: Nada, I have to get like 5 cavities filled this afternoon, so more than likely those almonds won't get eaten either...

    D: Pan-seared scallops, baby spinach sauteed with jalapeno garlic olive oil, roasted baby potatoes!!!!!! 

    E: Walking to the grocery store, walking home from the grocery store, walking Lucy (2.5 miles)



  • B- Oatmeal and a banana

    L- Leftover Chicken Soup gross! I'm so tired of eating soup! Luckily this is the last bowl.

    D- Beans and Rice- something easy since H is leaving until Friday.

    I have been off my game for the past 4 days, no working out and no groceries... luckily I shopped yesterday and hopefully I can get back on track...

    D: Spicy sausage pasta (I'm pretty sure this is not healthy, it contains heavy whipping cream)
    S: Apples or yogurt
    E: Jillian Michael's body revolution, maybe my first run of the year?!
