I am really sorry to hear that, but am happy that you are happy. I think sometimes we have to step back and re-evaluate things in our lives and to go with your instinct. It's good you found that out now rather than after the marriage. Sending chocolates and wine your way, PolarBear.

I'm sorry to hear that your wedding cancelled, but as others have stated, I'm happy that you are happier now. I'm sure it was not easy to do, but it is a very brave thing to go forward with. I do hope you continue to stick around!

Much better now than years down the road with an expensive divorce and children added into the mix. I'm sorry for you both that it didn't work out, but now you BOTH have the opportunity to find the right partner.

I give you major props and respect for making this huge decision. I can only guess how difficult it must have been, and I'm glad you are in such a good place with it. Hugs!! Even on days when it's harder to remember why you did it, remember that you took care of yourself and THAT is something to be proud of!
