    @scoutF Oh hell yea! Hopefully it's on the coast near Newport. If not- the state is so tiny drive to Newport! Do the cliff walk- it's all the mansion of the 1800's where the richest people in American history used to build homes (like the Vanderbuilts). They are all built along a cliff overlooking the ocean and there's a path you walk on the ocean side- it's stunning!! My photographer is flying in from the west coast and I'm taking her to see that the day before the wedding. If you hae an extra day, definitely get up to Boston too. And don't be scared of raw oysters, they're delicious lol

    FI just emailed me and said that we can get froyo tomorrow. I'm so excited! There's a new place in town and they just posted on FB that they now have birthday cake flavored froyo. I turned into a 5 year old and emailed FI begging him to take me and he just laughed and said yes. I <3 all the froyo!

    FI took today off since FSS is on spring break. After I finish making us all a late breakfast we are playing disc golf in the rain. Tomorrow FI is finally meeting my favorite uncle at a concert. Sunday will probably just be a lazy day of homework and we may watch a movie and play legos!

    @ckel24 Um a fro-yo place opened up a mile from my house last summer. I went literally every day from the day it opened until I left for vacation 3 weeks later. I have a frequent yogurt card. It's a little ridiculous. And I never do the healthy fruit toppings, it's always a fruit flavored FY with chocolate toppings lol

    I think FI and I have gone every weekend since it opened. Not as much but still, I don't think we go anywhere else as much as we do to Yoberry. We even signed up to get points towards free froyo the first day we were there. I am in love with the oreo cheesecake and salted caramel pretzel flavors they have and always put cheesecake bites and hot fudge on top. Yummmm. I may eat my body weight in birthday cake goodness tomorrow.

    I woke with the worse headache.  It will not go away, so I pretty much didn't work today.  

    Right now I'm watching Beaches trying to figure out what to get my SIL for a shower gift.  I'm not liking her registry.  I take that back, I'm annoyed that her FMIL already bought the "good" stuff.  I don't mind spending $200+ on a set of knives, but I just can't spend that much on a chip and dip plate.  Know what I mean?







    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Birthday Cake flavored anything is the best! I have some BC vodka that will be had tonight and tomorrow ;)

    Ugh. I have alllll the grading to do this weekend. Plus I have to write an annotated bibliography, plus I have to write an exam for my students, plus one of my profs sprang a presentation on me, plus I have to read, like, 7 articles...all for the beginning of next week. Ahhhhhh!

    First week back from spring break plus 3 straight days of pouring rain, thunder, and lightning made one LONG week. Tonight we really just were lazy on the couch. Tomorrow I need to bake a chocolate whiskey bundt cake with whiskey caramel sauce (I posted the recipe around Valentine's Day) as my contribution to my school's dinner auction. Then we're planning to play Trivial Pursuit while printing our invites. Then we'll go to the auction, which is always a lot of fun. Sunday is church, a long choir practice for all the Holy Week music, and then chores.
