So I really like classical music a lot, and I thought I'd share some of the music I like for the piano. What about cello, violin, quartet stuff?

That's a good start, and should get you beyond the standard fare. It's all piano, and it's all Romantic, and most of it involves Chopin or Liszt or both, but when it comes to piano you could do worse than those dudes.
