    I'd like to put on 8-10 lbs of muscle. I plan on doing it by sticking to my workouts (x4/wk), meal plan and adding Herbalife24 recovery shakes. yum! #tasteslikechildhood

    I stayed the same weight and I feel really good this week. I love pushing myself in my workouts and the slightly sore feeling you have when you all up your workouts. It's so motivating. I can't wait to get my pre pregnancy swimsuit body back!
