We're on the hunt for a caterer who would be willing to do a Scandinavian/Nordic menu for a wedding. The wedding will be in the Boston area and the closest caterer we're finding who specializes is in NYC. Anyone got any suggestions of caterers who do Scandinavian food or caterers who would be willing to incorporate Scandinavian food into the menu? Thanks!
