NOLA, Conn...Scandal?

I am not feeling the finale.  

I knew that Mama Pope hadn't killed Papa Pope on purpose.  I even said to DH, "She could've made sure he died, this is part of her plan".

Didn't see Papa Pope's plan at all though.

Also, I hate Huck and Quinn and I hate Jake going with her.  I hope there's something up with that, b/c Jake being all "Save me" just doesn't jibe with me for some reason.

    Here's what I wrote on my other board on Friday:

    I didn't love it. Nor did I find it shocking. Not even Jerry III's death, just because we never really 'got to know' the first kids. 

    I do think Tony Goldwyn did some great acting. The scene between Mellie and Fitz after he found out was so touching and wonderful.  Great acting by both of them.  I love Bellamy Young so much.  As I've said before, I hope the end of the show is everything being set on fire and Mellie walking out of the ashes.   

    I wonder if they're waiting to see how Columbus Short's legal issues play out before they decide Harrison's fate?

    I'm curious to see what brings Jake and Olivia back to DC next season. 

    I'm glad that Charlie is seemingly gone. I don't like that actor at all because he always plays creeps (I'm sure he's perfectly fine IRL, but the characters he plays freak me out). 

    Huck and Quinn need something better next season. I'm tired of being bored and annoyed by them. Abby telling them to clean up was awesome. 

    I hope David gets better stuff next season too. I like him, but I feel like his character is being wasted in the background because they want to push to Olivia/Fitz/Jake/B613 shit.

    I knew Papa Pope could not be good ever. I also think he's been working with Mama Pope the whole time.
