What do you STILL have to do? 

We still need to:
  • Finalize our officiant
  • Buy all of our alcohol and hire a bartender
  • Figure out cake/dessert
  • Decide on a florist
  • FI needs to get a suit (we talk about this all the time - one of these days he'll do it!)
  • Pick a first dance song
  • Write our vows
  • Contract our rehearsal dinner site
  • Arrange transportation

    We still need to:
    Order invitations
    Buy fi's suit
    Decide on my dress (I had not feeling 100%!) (and alterations) (also shoes)
    Find/pick MUA and hairdresser/hairstyle
    Write our love letters
    Buy wedding bands

    There are still technically things that we "could" still do, but I'm just as happy to let our coordinator take care of them herself, as I'd be happy with anything:
    Flowers, music, transportation from ceremony site to reception site, menu.

    Buy FI's Suit
    Figure out Wedding Songs
    Go through Officiant's info to customize our ceremony
    Fill out the Disney Questionnaire thingy
    Arrange transportation
    Pick out Dessert Party Menu
    Figure out which company to hire for my hair & makeup
    Figure out if I'm going to ship my dress or take it with me (and line up for it to be steamed)
    Buy FI his wedding band
    Figure out/Find shoes

    I won't talk to floral until closer to my wedding
    I think we have our cake figured out but will need to wait until closer to the wedding to finalize
    Figure out our Disney schedule for our HM
    Look at photography and packages (we have to pick our top 3 photographers and figure out if we want our Dessert Party photographed or not)

    I need to go through 'the list' of what we need to do still.  Part of me thinks we're in pretty good shape because many of these I cannot do until my coordinator contacts me.

    Not much left to do than goodness. Addressing the invitations Reordering the inserts (our event coordinator for the hotel changed without notice so now I have to reorder them with the new information. Ugh.) I've decided to DIY my centerpiece so I have to do them. Make a card holder Create our guest book (shutterfly) Meet with our baker Meet with the florist Hair trial Makeup trial (well I'm doing my own so messing around with that.)

    We still have all of the little things left:
    • Cake tasting
    • Finalize ceremony (readings/vows)
    • Select music for ceremony and cocktail hour
    • DJ info (music lists, songs for dances/intros, etc.)
    • DIY projects (welcome bags, pomanders, mock photo booth props)
    • Select groom and groomsmen attire
    • Hair trial
    • Finalize print materials (invitation, program, etc)
    • Random other things I'm forgetting now

    Mostly small things for us.

    - Hair and makeup trial (on Saturday)

    - Pre-marital counseling

    - Plan/finalize ceremony (scheduled for late July)

    - Escort cards

    - Welcome bags

    - Order favors

    - Groom and groomsmen attire

    - Bridesmaid's attire

    - DJ music packet (turning in in August)

    - Finalize floral

    - Seating chart

    - Dress fittings/alterations

    - Book our HM

    - Order accommodation inserts for my invitations

    - Plan a bridal tea with my MOH for the bridesmaids

    • Decide on centerpieces
    • I need to do my fittings (dress is in mid-June)
    • Buy jewlery
    • Buy under the dress essentials
    • Seating chart

    Has anyone found an amazing list for all of the little todos? I feel like I'm in good shape, I just want to make sure I've covered all my bases.  I've googled a bunch of lists and I have those, but wasn't sure if anyone knew of a REALLY good/detailed one that they love.

    We have booked all vendors so far.
    Still need to:
    Order invites
    Order wedding party attire
    Dress fitting and buy accessories/shoes
    Start DIY projects
    Figure out music for ceremony and reception
    Church counseling

    @ashwise I have been combining them and putting them all in a word document and crossing them off as I go. I think all lists have the basics but there are some things that vary by person. Like I just figured out when I need to get my hair cut/colored so it looks good for the wedding. So I then timed all my other cuts and colors to a schedule. I also looked at all of my contracts and figured out when they need to be paid by and when they require the "last meeting" before the wedding.

    *seating chart
    *FI daughters dress (but it will be from the shop so only need a few weeks before)
    *send invites out
    *choose music for reception
    *hair and make-up trial in august
    *dress alterations in august/September
    *WP buttonholes and corsages (august)

    I seem to be at a standstill until August

    - Finish paying for things (but none of that is due until Aug/Sept)
    - Send Invites
    - Finish a ton of DIY projects (centerpieces, escort cards, favors, flowers)
    - Buy wedding bands
    - Seating Chart
