Mini Annoyances

Nothing Earth shattering... but are there any little things that are bugging you today?

Mine are:

- My fingernails. They are natural right now with just a clear strengthening gel on them. All of them are perfectly the same length, perfect shape, etc. Except for one. OF COURSE, my left ring finger nail would break off. GRRR.

- My SIL just announced that she's pregnant. I'm super excited for her & my brother, but... she's only 4.5 weeks along. I'm more worried than anything.

- I have a knot in my neck. I get one in the same place, all the time. It's not super painful, and my neck isn't overly stiff, but if I turn my head too quickly, I'm reminded that it's there. I would like to be home with my heating pad from @livleighton right now.

- My allergies are so bad, I woke up thinking I was REALLY sick. I'm still planning on leaving as soon as I can today because I feel so fuzzy, but damn, pollen, why are you such a jerk?

- I checked the weather last night and somehow thought yesterday's weather was today's weather. I am dressed for 75 degrees. It is not 75 degrees!

- I "failed" what should have been my final course in grad school (aka I didn't get a B- or higher), and I contacted the lead instructor. It's been 24 hours of radio silence. I'm not terribly worried (it's a complicated story, but basically, the chances of me having my grade changed to a passing grade is pretty high), but I'm highly irritated.

- My hip hurts

- My calf muscle still hurts from the Charlie Horse I had at 1:30 am last night. It was painful. I was not amused.

- I have one little chip in my fingernail polish on one finger and I can't stop staring at it. I want it fixed.

- My bangs are being weird and are in my face and I didn't bring a bobby pin #firstworldproblems

- I AM SO HUNGRY TODAY. WHY?

- My BIL -_- I can't stand liars.

-My office is still a sauna. The AC was supposed to be on today and it is not. None of the windows open so we're stuck with recirculated warm air until the AC is working.

-My cat is shedding like a maniac and I am sick of cleaning my floors every damn day.

-I try very hard to remember my co-workers' birthdays, and am a bit peeved that none of them can be bothered to remember mine, which is today. I probably sound like a speshul snowflake or birthdayzilla, but it's irritating me. Don't want to AW, I'm just annoyed.

- I don't want to have a wedding anymore. I didn't want to have a wedding in the first place. I want to be MARRIED. I don't want the party, I don't like parties, I'm sorry our families are huge and I can't afford to host EVERYONE YOU EVER MET, Mom, I don't want an expensive wedding dress, I don't care what anyone wears, I am NOT dictating attire, I don't want, I don't want, I don't want. Yes this was all on my birthday. No I did not have a good birthday.

- I made dry ice in my condenser yesterday (dafuq?) and evaporated all my product along with it.

- My Burt's Bees lip balm has sprouted legs and run off. I had it yesterday and now it's gone.

- I don't have butt wipes at work today.

My dog won't stop licking her butt. It's getting really irritating.

I was asked to join a meeting last minute...tried to join but nobody ever started it.

My email keeps blowing up today. I just want to take a lunch break and go outside for a bit.

- Mom is pissing me off by asking me a question while she's dialing a phone number and then as soon as I answer her, I get the "shh" finger and she starts talking to someone on the phone. STOP ASKING ME QUESTIONS WHEN YOU'RE CALLING SOMEONE!

- I have SO much pressure in my head. I'm not sure what it's from, but it's driving me nuts today.

-I just got off the phone with a 90 year old woman who was hard of hearing and had to practically scream at her. Apparently this annoyed someone the next office over and complained to my manager. ANNOYED.

-This is the same person who sneezes so loud it annoys me (the complainer).

-I'm annoyed at my job in general.

-I'm annoyed at how TK is acting lately.

I sent out a reminder email this morning that our open enrollment is ending Monday and to make all benefit changes before then. I've since gotten two emails and a phone call all asking if that includes health insurance. Last I checked health insurance is a benefit...

A freaking TICK just appeared out of nowhere on my hand. And it wouldn't die!!!! It's dead now...but UGH I hate bugs...I especially hate ticks and other ones that bite you and suck your blood.

The air in my apartment was so dry that the skin inside my nose cracked and bled. And now I've had a scab that will not go away for two weeks.

I hate that our office is so small that when someone goes to pee, you can hear EVERYTHING.

I'm mildly annoyed that I have to host my MIL and step FIL for a week. They're a lot to handle.

I have all the irritations today. I took today off to FINALLY get my license switched to Fl, renew my tags on my car and go to the dr.... Those first two.... Yeaaaaah not happening today. I am irritated that I KNOW I had the paperwork I need to go get my license and today I couldn't find it I am irritated that Michigan secretary of states fax hasn't worked since 9am, meaning I can't get the form I need to go switch my license I am nervous as fuck about the drs appointment today. I'm worried about what they will find I am irritated that my body won't figure out what the hell is going on. For the first time since I started getting my period, I had a MAJOR issue last night.... At Cs daughters track banquet.... With my purse at home...wtf body??

This is a HUGE annoyance... BF and I didn't christen the house the first night we were there because we were both exhausted and neither of us could find the energy. Then last night.. got my damn period. I JUST WANT TO SEX IN MY NEW HOUSE!! Eff mother nature and aunt flow.

I'm annoyed that I am covering for 3 of 4 staff because they all have legit reasons not to do the work themselves. Just when I thought we were gonna have a fully staffed week. No such luck.

I'm annoyed that there are only like 2 episodes left in Mad Men.

-I'm annoyed that there is a Santa Ana currently, and it's 90+ degrees out and I have to work. I just want to lay on the beach all day.

-I'm annoyed at the lady who agreed to meet with me today who I am doing a favor for, and wasn't prepared to meet with me at all after we discussed everything yesterday afternoon.

-I'm annoyed that BF's car is back in the shop, again, and the insurance company hasn't totalled it. We only had it back for a week, after it being in the shop for 2 months because the insurance company dragged their feet paying for it.

-I'm also annoyed that the same insurance company won't return my calls so that I can continue my policy with them while moving to a new apartment. They might be losing my business soon.

-I'm annoyed at an acquantaince from high school who posted a Facebook status about how people are telling her boyfriend what she posts on Facebook and Instagram and how people need to mind their own business. WTF?

-I'm annoyed at all of the tv show spoilers on Facebook lately. Not everyone can watch the episode when it premieres!

@swazzle I totally got baby wipes with cucumber or something in them when I had my colonoscopy (cause that's a LOT of bathroom time!) They were amazing. I'm kinda surprised I didn't just stick with wipes forever - we do this for babies, why not adults?! Oh yea, because they weren't flushable and that was grooooooooss. I hope the doc makes you better soon!!!

Mini annoyance: grades are due tomorrow. Aka I'm grading ALL day today. But I think I'm actually semi almost done which is amazing. I just need to keep up motivation

Annoyance #2: When I don't want to work, I eat. I've already had a cheese snack and strawberries and blueberries. This was AFTER my amazing spag and meat sauce for lunch. I might be a balloon when grades are done.

I'm annoyed my bank account isn't bigger - I want a vacation but I'm afraid to spend money 'cause I have a wedding to pay for.

I'm just annoyed at work. I don't want to be here today, I have stuff I need to take care of at home!

I'm annoyed at the weather. Today it's 85 or something tomorrow it'll be 61. Can we just split the difference and be 75 for the next few days?

I'm also having a day where I want to eat everything in sight!!

Oh I'm annoyed I cannot decide on what kind of flowers I want for my wedding. How can I be this indecisive?!

-I'm annoyed with a friend from high school who is trying to throw her own baby shower and then later posts how she now realizes who her true friends are based on who is coming and who is not...UGH! Get out of here!

-I'm annoyed because I'm ready to be all moved into our house and have it fully decorated including the yard. I'm impatient.

-I don't think stupid training videos at work about bribery and such are really that useful to me since my job doesn't involve customer interaction.
