DJ Question

FI and I found a DJ that we really like. He quoted us $2000 which includes the DJ and MC; ceremony, cocktail and reception music. Also he will do the ambient lighting but only one color and the intelligent lighting as well. Is this a good deal or should I see if he can go lower on the price. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    I got the same as you're getting for about $500 less and everyone LOVED our DJ and MC.  People are still talking about them more than a month after our wedding and asking for their contact information.

    Sounds like a good price, we got the same thing, except no uplighting if that's what you are referring to, for $1700.

    Sounds like a good deal to me... I am paying a few hundred less for a similar package minus the lighting because my venue has uplighting.  I am sure you could definitely find cheaper, but I say go with your gut if you liked the DJ!

    Sounds like a great deal. 
    I got a dj mc, reception only, and photobooth for 1950. No lights and No ceremony/cocktail.

    Oh, I just realized, we don't have ceremony music either.. so yeah, sounds like a good price.

    That is a great deal. I am going with a bigger package than what you've specified, and I am paying for it...plamsas are not cheap. I am also doing uplighting and they are providing me with a pianist for cocktail hour. 

    Are you using Il Tulipano's house vendor?
