  convertible dress are not that figure flattering on any bride small or large they show every lump bump and then some i would not purchase any kind of dress without finding  a place that has a convertible dress that you can try on first.
  
  the worst would be you purchase 6 floor length dresses in white in convertible you try them on for the bride and she hates them....
  
  if shes really set on this type of dress find a bridal salon that carries convertible dresses or go to a department store and see if you can try one off the rack and see how it looks..
  
  what kind of look is she looking for in terms of the dress?

  Convertible dresses IME are bad enough, but in white??? That fabric is thin, and I can't imagine what the hell kind of underwear wouldn't show. I bet even nude and seamless would still be visible through it.

  
  

  Please beg the bride to go for white dresses that are actually dresses and not strips of crappy fabric.

  Okay, I've browsed past this and started to comment at least a dozen times today.
