Scandinavian Catering?

We're on the hunt for a caterer who would be willing to do a semi-traditional Scandinavian/Nordic menu for a wedding. The wedding will be in the Boston area and the closest caterer we're finding who specializes is in NYC. Anyone got any suggestions of caterers who do Scandinavian food or caterers who would be willing to incorporate Scandinavian food into the menu? Thanks!

    I know Crown Bakery in Worcester is a Scandinavian bakery....maybe reach out to them?  Even if they don't do catering, they might be able to point you in the right direction? Good luck!

    Try searching for eastern european/russian caterers.
    There may be some overlap in cuisine, like smoked fish, etc.
