A friend of mine is getting married next August, and I'm getting married next October. She's asked me to be a bridesmaid in her wedding, I said yes - but I'm hesitant to ask her to be one of my bridesmaids because she hasn't been the nicest friend to me. She doesn't keep in touch, and rarely shows interest in what's going on in my life. Recently, she even went so far to say she would punch someone (another friend of mine that she dislikes) at my wedding if they talk to her!
I don't want to worry about anyone fighting on my wedding day. How awkward would it be if I didn't ask her to be my bridesmaid? Knowing her, I would no longer be in her wedding if she wasn't in mine - and we might not even be friends any longer.
