  Thanks everyone!!!  @ElcaB those appliqués on the top were really what won me over.  I tried on a lot of dresses with foufy bottoms that I loved, but this one had that graphic beading and I felt like it just added something a little different from traditional lace.  The Kleinfeld lady walked in with the dress in the bag and I was just like, "That's the one!"
