Cheap Venue that allows you to bring in your own food and alcohol

My fiance and I are planning on having a small destination ceremony but want to celebrate with all of our friends and family when we return.  We are hoping to spend as little money as possible with having around 250 guests.  What are some good options?

Re: Cheap Venue that allows you to bring in your own food and alcohol

  • If you get your guest list around to 200, you can have your ceremony, reception, decorations, chairs, tables and food for around 5k at Simmons Winery in Columbus (contact name is Kaela). You could also check out Sycamore Farm in Bloomington (for the option to bring own food/alcohol). Tables and chairs and some other things included but the price is 3.5-4.5k without food/beverages.

    Best of luck!

I don't know what the cost was but my cousin had his reception at the History Center in Fort Wayne and they were able to bring in their own food and alcohol.
  • Martha's Orchard in Clayton and Avon Perennial Gardens in Avon.
  • Speedway Legacy Inn allows you to bring your own food/alcohol.  its a bed and breakfast in Speedway/Indpls, IN
