Where are all the classic/traditional invitations?

I am looking for classic/traditional invites for our vow renewal next year, and I don't want some "hipster/saw it on pinterest" crap! I want beautiful, elegant invites. The slightly shimmery, thick paper, with accents of our colors. I love damask but don't want it on my invites. Our colors are Eggplant/Gold/Brown and maybe champagne. It's 10 years and I just want elegant... I've checked Ann's, David's Bridal, The American Wedding, Invitations by Dawn, PearTree Greetings, Minted, WeddingPaperDiva's...I am at a loss.

If you haven't found anything you you like on those sites, I'd look at local stationers or Etsy.

Crane's, or Carlson Craft are two old firms. Traditional invitations were either plain white or ecru with raised printing or engraving.

I will check those out. I finally found 2 that I kinda like on wedding paper diva so I ordered samples..

We found classic invitations at Party City. The brand was Birchcraft. We ordered them online even cheaper than Party City's standard 30% off. Also check out Hallmark. We found both Party City and Hallmark had tons of binders of invitations by different companies.

You could also try William Arthur or visit a local stationary store in your area. They'll have samples you can see and touch in person.

We used Carlson Craft and I just love them! Shimmery pearl paper with raised wording in our "berry" color.
I ordered them through a local stationary shop so you may want to check out shops in your area.

I used to work for Paper Source, and while they do have the occasional traditional style, most of them are going to be more trendy. They're just high-end trendy. Crane's would be the most traditional route to go.

Check out Party City. This is what I used, brown & ivory, traditional with a slight modern touch.

But they have lots of brown/ivory options on their website, more then what they have in the store. They were very easy to do diy.
