Chairs

I took your advice and ordered a chair for every person for my outdoor ceremony. ( I got married saturday) Only problem is, they never delivered them. Doh! So my only( I hope) ettiqutte fail was not my fault. lol  Nobody seemed to mind( there were benches there for anyone who wanted to sit, but most stood around the gazeebo to watch anyway.

    They nevercharged my card. I'm not sure how it happened. I called to order them, gave them all my info. They said they would put 25% on my credit card as a deposit and charge the rest on delivery. And never showed. When I called she said nothing was ever put on my card, and that they "probably" should have called me.  But they didnt. Oh well, at least I wasn't charged.

  • That sucks.  Honestly you should have confirmed with them before the wedding day.  And checked that the deposit was actually charged.

    But yeah, definitely leave them some bad reviews.  That's really unprofessional.

    But, I would definitely leave poor reviews. Yea, you maybe should have called to follow up and kept on eye on your account and noticed when it didn't go out, but still, this is poor business and customer service on their part.

    Sounds to me like you acted in good faith, gave them your payment info, and they failed to deliver
    or contact you. I think you'd be within your rights to complain.

    This!  If you didn't get a contract, this is on you.
