Make-Up Artist for Women of Color

I am trying to find a make-up artist in the Southwest Florida region that can do make-up for women of color? I'm having such a hard time finding anyone. Any suggestions or recommendations would be much appreciated!

Have you tried the MAC counter? I would think they would do a good job.

Also, while you're in the mall, look for AA saleswomen at any cosmetics counter and ask who did their faces.
