I've just got started looking at invites, and ordered STDs that I designed and am having printed at greenerprinter.com on kraft postcards.
Working on the STDs had me thinking about the wedding invitations. In my head, my vision is to have kraft invites tied together with jute cording or baker's twine. With invitations like this, should I still use an outer envelope, and then an inner envelope, and then tie the invite/RSVP+envelope/guest info card together?
This seems like a lot of packaging, but how I would address the outer envelopes if there weren't inner ones? Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I've gathered the outer envelope would say "Miss Jane Doe and address" and then the inner says "Miss Jane Doe and Guest". So would I just add the "and guest" to the outside invitation? Or do I write on the RSVP "Two seats have been reserved in your honor?"
I don't really need to be stressing about this right this second, but I thought I'd get your opinions to think about.
Thanks!!
EDIT: I just read the other post about this and am kicking myself for missing it. It's been a long day.
