Hey guys, I could put this in getting in shape but this place is more active. I'm trying to lose weight and become healthy. My metabolism has slowed down and I gained 15 pounds. I'm 20, 5'4, and now weigh 140. I want to start becoming healthy now so as I get older I reduce possible health problems. I've been going to the gym for a week and haven't seen much results.
I know only going for a week isn't going to do much but I have some questions. It's really hard not to get discouraged. How long did it take you guys to see more results? I'm trying to eat healthier and I would love some tips on what would be a good place to start. Plus I can't always make it to the gym so I was thinking of buying at home exercise videos. Which ones are the best? I'm completely out of shape so I don't know if I can handle the hardcore ones. Thanks for reading!
