  You might want to post this on the attire and accessories board. Lot of eagle eyes over there
  
  If you can't find the original design you could always take this pic with when dress shopping and ask the consultant for something similar

  If that is THE dress and style you want - why not order from that site? Chances are it'll be more affordable than dealing with the bridal shops and for the cost of having the dress steamed/pressed by a dry cleaner you're still money ahead. We did this for my daughter's First Communion dress - not only did it save us tons, it was the dress SHE wanted and picked out. I get the whole wanting to find a designer, but the dress IS NOT the "designers" dress, only inspired by it. At the end of the day you aren't getting a celebrity endorsement deal, nor a discount to wear a label, if that is "the one" go with it and use the money you'll save on overhead someplace else...

  I will just add that I bought my dress from a knockoff site and while I ADORE the dress and it fits perfectly, it does not really look like the picture - which wasn't a big deal for me, but if you will be heartbroken if it isn't EXACTLY as pictured (and if you want to try it on first) it may not be the best route to take...good luck!

  Looked at your dress again, it has some similar elements to my dress. Mine has a more textured skirt and less flowers but the rouched (sp?) top is pretty much the same
  
  Mine's from diamond bride and formal in Plymouth. I don't have any pics, but here is a drawing from their website:

  I think it looks more southern belle on the drawing than in real life. The flower strap is removable.

  You should check our Diamond Bride and Formal in Plymouth- it'll be the best place to assist in finding THE dress. Plus the custom make dresses and might be able to help with the dress of your dreams. Ask for Jana, tell them Carrie R. sent you. I went there and LOVED them all!
