  @JCbride2015 - I don't remember exactly, because my mom handled the negotiations. I think we reserved 15 and had to guarantee 10 for Saturday, 10/11 (the night before the wedding). 

  We also reserved a block for the night of 10/12 and I know the guarantee was smaller for that. I don't know if the policy is different depending on time of year or which night of the week, though.
